How do I enroll into the service?
You may request an enrollment package by sending us an email firstname.lastname@example.org, use the Contact Us form or call us at 859-372-6785. We will schedule a time for you to review the enrollment package with one of our advisors.
How do I pay for the service?
On a monthly basis we will withdraw our fee from your bank account, or debit/credit card. We accept Visa and Master Card (either debit or credit cards)
How do I cancel the service?
You are under no obligation to continue the service. You may cancel at any time by sending us an email or letter requesting to terminate.
How do I know if my plan has a Brokerage Link Account (Fidelity) or Personal Choice Retirement Account (Schwab) option so I can use Your Management?
You may contact Fidelity, Schwab, or your employers Human Resources Department to inquire if this option is available with your plan. If you would like one of our advisors to assist you, we can schedule a time to have one of our advisors be on a conference call with you to verify this option is available in your plan.
How is my information protected when it is stored in my Personal Financial Web Site?
Your Personal Financial Web Site is private, secure, password protected and uses 128 bit encryption to protect your information. You will have your own web site, and the information is updated daily by the financial institution that custodies the assets.
How do I upload important documents to my Personal Financial Web Site?
You may scan important documents like your will and trusts into the vault section of your Personal Financial Web Site by importing them from your hard drive or external device. You simply go to the Personal Financial Web Site, and upload the file from your hard drive or external device to the file where you would like to store it in the vault section. You can use your scanner to import the file to your hard drive or external device.
How will I receive my Quarterly Performance Reports when I use Your Management?
You will receive an email on a quarterly basis which will direct you to a private and secure web site to review your Quarterly Performance Reports. The site will require your individual password to view your report.
How will I view my Retirement Plan Analysis?
Your personalized Retirement Plan Analysis will be stored in your Personal Financial Web Site. Because your accounts are updated daily, your Retirement Plan Analysis will be updated regularly to track your results against your goals to make sure you stay on track.
Is there a minimum account balance I must have to utilize these services?
Yes. The minimum account size we can provide management and advice on is $50,000.
Are there discounts available?
Yes. We offer discounts to employees of certain employers, and a 50% discount to the spouse of current plan participants already enrolled in our service. We can offer one of these discounts if you qualify; not both discounts to the same individual/household.
